By accessing and placing an order on the site, the buyer (hereinafter "the customer") unreservedly accepts these GTC.

The products offered for sale are those that appear on the store's website on the day the customer consults the site, within the limit of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description allowing the customer to know its main characteristics.

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs, if applicable, are specified when confirming the order.

The products are available while stocks last. In the event that a product is unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The store may offer a replacement or a refund.

Payment is fully secured by an SSL encryption system. Bank details are not stored by the store under any circumstances.
8. Delivery
- Delivery areas: The store delivers to France and the European Union. Other destinations may be available on request.
- Delivery times: Times vary depending on the delivery method selected, between 5 and 10 working days from the validation of the order.
- Delivery costs: Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the place of delivery.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the products upon receipt and reporting any anomalies to the carrier and the store within 48 hours.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
The period runs from the receipt of the product(s). To exercise this right, the customer must inform the store in writing (mail or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error by the store.

Returned products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with the original labels). Exchanges are possible while stocks last. In the event of a return, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
11. Guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 to L.217-12 of the Consumer Code.
