  • Sketch Pack

    Objective: to formalize a real development proposal with a clear vision

    • In-depth video briefing with the client

    • Survey carried out by the client (dimensioned plans + guided photos)

    • 1 existing state plan reworked

    • 1 layout sketch + 1 3D visual or mood sketch

    • Delivery of a readable plan with annotations

    Ideal for: testing an idea before a quote, bringing a real project to life

Les échanges se font directement avec elle, en visio ou par téléphone, pour vous garantir un accompagnement professionnel, clair et personnalisé à chaque étape.

Nos packs architecte sont conçus pour vous accompagner sur un projet ciblé de transformation ou d’aménagement (ex. : création d’une suite parentale, ouverture d’une cuisine, réaménagement d’un étage, d’une pièce de vie, etc.).

Ils ne couvrent pas l’aménagement complet d’une maison.

Pour un projet global ou multi-espaces, un devis personnalisé est nécessaire.
